How Access Works

At Scolemax, your hosting control panel is accessed exclusively through your billing account. This is by design — it means your hosting account is always protected, even if someone else knows your domain name or email address.

Once you purchase a hosting plan and your payment is confirmed, your hosting account is created automatically. You do not need to do anything — no manual setup, no waiting for emails with passwords.

Accessing Your Control Panel

To access your hosting control panel, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your billing account at scolemax.com using your registered email and password.
2. Go to your Services or Orders section and locate your active hosting plan.
3. Click the "Manage Hosting" or "Go to Control Panel" button. This will instantly log you into your hosting control panel — no password required.
4. You are now inside your control panel. From here you can manage your files, emails, databases, domains and more.

Sharing Access With Your Developer

If you have a developer or team member who needs to access your hosting control panel, they must do so through your billing account. Simply log in to your billing account and use the control panel access button on their behalf, or add them as a user on your billing account if that option is available.

We do not share direct login credentials for the control panel unless you make a special request through our support team. This protects your website and data at all times.
